We are a Local firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Estimators established in 1992.

Proprietor: Lester Rumney MRICS, MCIOB, ACIArb.

We work mainly in The Greater London and Essex area, but do take on work across the country.

All financial aspects of building and civil engineering works covered for building clients, main contractors and sub-contractors. We aim to achieve value for money for clients' project and profitability for contractors and sub-contractors. All financial aspects in connection with construction works are undertaken.

Rumney Associates Ltd has over 30 years experience in the building industry we have Considerable experience in both building and civil engineering working for builders, sub-contractors and clients.

We also specialise in building and civil engineering estimating, have a large cost base library to draw from as well as considerable experience in pricing small through to large contracts.
